These talented young chefs can customize a culinary experience for you based on your tastes and the finest local seasonal ingredients available.
Your four courses could include: foraged wild edibles such as mushrooms or watercress, locally made artisan cheeses, wild seafood fresh from the coast, locally raised game meats, and seasonal fruits and vegetables from local organic farms.
As we are located in the heart of wine country, if you wish, suggested wine pairings for each dish will be available to accompany your gastronomic event.
