On July 27/2005 Wild Goose Vineyards and Winery in Penticton BC Canada, received one of its greatest honours since its inception as a winery in 1990. The Wild Goose God's Mountain Riesling 2004 was one of only ten British Columbia wines to be chosen as a recipient of the Lieutenant Governor's Award of Excellence in British Columbia wines.
